Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Food & Beverage Services Management, Hospitality/Tourism/Hotel Management or equivalent.
- Minimum 3 years in Food & Beverage Production Department.
- Minimum 1 year in similar position in the F&B Production Department.
- Prior working experience from hotel industry or similar business enterprise.
- Understands the day-to-day practices of hotel/resort’s Food Production activities, from standard recipe, standard portion, cooking method, hygiene, sanitation and work safety.
- Able to prepare and proceed the food production as per request/order from his/her superiors/ colleagues/ guests.
- Able to assist the follow-ups of Kitchen requisition, par-stock, inventory, repair & maintenance reporting.
- Able to maintain the quality standard of kitchen’s safety, hygiene, sanitation, cookery and food presentation at his work station.
