Astragraphia started its journey in 1971 as a Xerox Division of PT Astra International engaging in the exclusive marketing and after sales services of xerox photocopy machines throughout Indonesia. In
line with the rapid bussiness growth, in 1976 the Xerox Division seperated itself from PT Astra International and became an independent company, PT Astra Graphia.

In the framework of building a solid platform for its business development, in 1989 Astragraphia became a public company by listing its shares on the Jakarta Stock Exchange and Surabaya Stock Exchange.

Currently, entering its 30th year as an independent company,Astragraphia focuses on the Document Solution business with Fuji Xerox Co. Ltd, as its main principal, a global expert document company with head office in Japan. The Document Solution bussiness does not only comprise the photocopy machine bussiness, but has meanwhile transformed alongside the rapid growth of the IT development to emerge
as an IT-Based Document Solution Provider. Its function scope expanded too, starting with document input (creating, scaning, merging, editing), document management (sharing, archieving, distributing, routing) to document output (printing, faxing, copying, e-mailing, web viewing) with various configurations.

Astra graphia has divided Document Solution inti four main business areas, namely: Office Product Business, Production System Business, Printer Channel Business and Services Business. The division of those businesses is based on the type of hadrware and services offered.

Astragraphia underlines providing enhanced values to customers, instead of just selling hardware. This fact is supported by developing the Valued Services and Solutions (VSS) methods in 2004, which is a work efficiency and effectiveness enhancing oriented marketing approach for the customers. The VSS methods starts with an assessment process prior to establishing the document management design for a company. When it has been approved by the customer it is followed by the implementation stage or instalation of the solution, followed by an evaluation wheather the system is appropriate and achieves productivity expected, and finally the improvement stage if any is required.

Astra graphia continues to strive to provide unsurpassed service quality to its customers by expanding its scope throughout Indonesia and other neighboring regions, such as Timor Leste.

Up to the end of 2005, Astra graphia managed 19 branch offices and 53 service points spread throughout the country. In addition to its own distribution network, Astra graphia also conducts sales and provides

1. ONSHORE PIPELINE CONSTRUCTION SUPERINTENDENT (CP – 01)

RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:
• Reports to Pipeline Construction Site Manager.
• Supervise pre-construction, mainline construction, mechanical completion, and pipeline commissioning activities while driving contractor towards flawless performance in the areas of SSHE, quality, schedule, and cost.
• Review construction plans and administer the execution of the EPC contract. Review change requests in accordance with project management of change plan.
• Coordinate resolution of construction issues with appropriate company and contractor resources on and off site.
• Interface with Operations, Drilling, and/or other EPC s as necessary to effectively execute construction activities.

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS, AND EXPERIENCES:
• BS/ME in Engineering.
• 10 years of experience in Oil and Gas with a minimum of 7 years in pipelines.
• Strong leadership skills while still able to nurture harmony in the work teams.
• Full understanding of site safety issues and onshore pipeline construction methods.
• Strong communication skills in both written and spoken English.

2. ONSHORE PIPELINE CONSTRUCTION SUPERVISOR (CP – 02)

RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:
• Reports to Onshore Pipeline Construction Superintendent.
• Supervise pre-construction, mainline construction, HDD, and valve site construction while monitoring and appraising contractor s performance in the areas of SSHE, quality, schedule, and cost.
• Provide input on construction plans and administration of the EPC contract. Review change requests in accordance with project management of change plan.
• Coordinate resolution of construction issues with appropriate company and contractor resources on and off site.
• Keep an accurate time log and provide Superintendent with daily notes as well as continuous verbal feedback on project progress, issues, and/or problem areas.

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS, AND EXPERIENCES:
• BS/ME in Engineering.
• 7 years of experience in Oil and Gas with a minimum of 4 years in pipelines.
• Strong supervision skills while still able to nurture harmony in the work teams.
• Familiar with site safety issues and onshore pipeline construction methods.
• Good communication skills in both written and spoken English.

3. INSPECTION LEAD SPREAD (CP – 03)

RESPONSIBILITY AND DUTIES:
• Oversee inspection of piping and welding activities conducted at contractors and subcontractors facilities.
• Coordinate with other structural and piping inspectors.
• Review original material certificates for compliances to codes and specifications.
• Ensure testing, measuring, welding and NDE equipment is fully calibrated and has current certification.
• Ensure storage and user of welding consumables is per manufacture s recommendations and full certifications.
• Review Contractor s field inspections and test reports.
• Verify Contractor, subcontractor Quality Management systems, plans, procedures and processes are in place.

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCES:

• Working knowledge of :
- Piping and pressure vessel codes and quality standards (e.g. AWS D1.1, CSA B51, ASME Section III, ASME B31.3, and ISO 9001).
-Piping fabrication methods.
- Welding processes and NDE techniques including evaluation methods.
- Piping, Isometrics and shop drawing.
• Trained to authorize work permits (e.g. hot work, confined space, etc.)
• Good Oral and written English language skills.
• Well versed in safe work practices.
• Strong Supervision and leadership skills.
• Minimum ten (10) years of experience in inspection of piping systems on major onshore construction projects.

4. COATING INSPECTOR (CP – 04)

RESPONSIBILITY AND DUTIES:
• Verify required coating inspection methods are performed on pipeline, including DFT, holiday testing, etc.
• Monitor mixing and application of coating by contractor.
• Maintain daily log of activities.
• Oversee application of field joint coating.

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS, AND EXPERIENCES:
• Extensive training and experience in coatings and coatings inspection, application methods, and testing.
• Previous training as a NACE coatings inspector is helpful.
• Knowledge of surface preparation methods and other requirements for obtaining desired performance from coatings.
• 7 years of experience in coatings and coatings inspection.
• Overseas pipeline experience is helpful.
• Competent in PC skills relative to Microsoft Word, Excel, and e-mail system.
• Ensure that all civil/structural related activities are performed safely and in compliance with project specifications, Company standards, and regulatory requirements.

5. CIVIL INSPECTOR (CP – 05)

RESPONSIBILITY AND DUTIES:
• Oversee civil/structural related construction activities (excavation, paving, etc.) performed by the Contractor or sub-contractors in assigned coverage area.
• Read and understand project design drawings and documents in order to obtain specific knowledge of project work scope.
• Ensure that all required civil/structural related inspections are performed properly.
• Maintain daily log of activities.
• Facilitate communication of civil related project execution issues the Project Team.
• Communicate with the Contractor and sub-contractors to ensure that the work is executed in accordance with project specifications, Company standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Identify and assess deviations to Contract Technical Specifications and regulatory requirements; ensure that such deviations will be processed according to project procedures, maintain Deviation Control Log.
• Assist in stewarding civil/structural queries from the Contractor and sub-contractors as well as technical information requests.
• Keep Project Team informed of civil/structural progress, deviations, and execution concerns.
• Provide input on contractor performance such as worker capabilities, training, qualifications, and staffing levels.
• Assist the Project Team in obtaining civil/structural related contract documents, including those referred to in the job specification.

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS, AND EXPERIENCES:
• Broad and extensive knowledge of:
- Industry design standards, specifications, codes, and appropriate safety criteria.
- Onshore pipeline and valve station design, construction, and operations.
• Bachelor of Science Degree in engineering.
• 10+ years of closely related professional experience, 5+ years inspecting civil/structural works.
• Strong organizational, management, and technical judgment skills.
• Ability to adapt to tight deadlines, heavy workloads, and frequent changes in priorities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite of software programs, Lotus Notes, etc.
• Read, write, and speak fluent English, especially as it applies to technical and business communications.

6. E&I INSPECTOR (CP – 06)

RESPONSIBILITY AND DUTIES:
• Oversee E&I related construction activities (conduit installation, cabling, terminations, testing, etc.) performed by the Contractor or sub-contractors in assigned coverage area.
• Read and understand project design drawings and documents in order to obtain specific knowledge of project work scope.
• Ensure that all E&I related activities are performed safely and in compliance with project specifications, and regulatory requirements.
• Ensure that all required E&I related inspections are performed properly.
• Maintain daily log of activities.

7. REGULATORY & PERMIT SITE SUPPORT (CP – 07)

RESPONSIBILITY AND DUTIES:
• Represents the project as a member of the Export System Project Team.
• Stewards the Export System regulatory process
- Liaise, coordinate, prepare, and submit the applications and documents to obtain the required permits.
- Liaise with Central, Provincial and Regency government regulators to obtain the necessary permits for smooth construction of the export system.
- Liaise / Coordinate Contractor regulatory staff and other groups as required to develop.

The application and obtain the required permits.
- Monitor and ensure Contractor obtains permits required for execution of the contract work (e.g. Contractor s camp building permits, DEPNAKER).
- Develop Company regulatory database (REGFRAME) for monitoring of regulatory compliance and develop /provide such as a handover document to operations.
• Interface with the other functional groups on regulations/permits regarding safety and security and Support other functional groups (e.g. Environmental, Public and Government Affairs, and Land) in communication with regulators to satisfy Legal requirements.
• Identify potential execution issues related to Company and / or Contractor s permitting activities and develop mitigation plans as required.
• Obtain Functional guidance on and input to Company Lessons Learn and Best Practices.

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCES:
• BS degree in Law, Engineering or other related field.
• 5-10 years of experience in Regulatory discipline within the Oil and Gas Industry or related industries (e.g. infrastructure construction, mining), preferably involved with pipeline projects.
• Ability to effectively communicate in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Strong organization and planning skills.
• Knowledge of regulators and governmental agencies applicable to the project scope/area is a plus.

8. PJIT / MIGAS INSPECTION COORDINATOR (CP – 08)

RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:
• Work closely with PT, PJIT, DJ-MIGAS, EPC Contractor and subcontractors to develop DJMIGAS and PJIT inspection, witness and hold points on Inspection and Test Plan (ITP).
• Ensure that all equipment and facilities requiring SKPP, SKKP or SKPI are certified by DJMIGAS.
• Obtain all required technical data to be reviewed by PJIT from EPC and PT and ensure that PJIT receive the data on timely manner.
• Develop DJ-MIGAS inspection schedule and arrange DJ-MIGAS and BPMIGAS (if required) visits for all DJ-MIGAS and PJIT inspection, witness and hold points.
• Prepare invitation letter to DJ-MIGAS and BPMIGAS to witness FAT, hydro test, SAT, commissioning/start-up, site inspection, etc.
• Accompany DJ-MIGAS, BPMIGAS and PJIT to witness FAT, hydro test, SAT, startup/commissioning and other inspections.
• Ensure Berita Acara/Inspection Report is prepared for each inspection/visit and all findings are recorded and reported.
• Develop and manage Berita Acara/Inspection Report spreadsheet and expedite the closure of findings.
• Review databook for SKPP, SKKP, and SPKI with PT and PJIT for timely submission to DJMIGAS.
• Prepare any required presentation to DJ-MIGAS and BPMIGAS related to DJ-MIGAS inspection.
• Other non-routine work in Quality as requested by Supervisor.

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS, AND EXPERIENCES:
• BS in Mechanical Engineering is preferred, or an extensive degree of technical training and experience in the field of Quality inspection or DJ-MIGAS certification.
• Working knowledge of DJ-MIGAS Regulations and other Government of Indonesian Regulations required to obtain SKPP, SKKP and SKPI certificates of worthiness.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in DJ-MIGAS certification or minimum 3 years of experience in DJ-MIGAS certification with minimum 4 years of experience in Quality control/inspection.
• Minimum three (3) years experiences in inspection of piping system, equipment and facilities on major onshore or offshore project is preferred.
• Working knowledge of: -Piping and pressure vessel codes and Quality standards (ASME section V, ASME section VIII, ASME section IX, ASME B31.3, B31.4, B31.8 and ISO 9001).

9. SITE ADMIN (CP – 09)

RESPONSIBILITY AND DUTIES:

Safety:
• Conduct Safety Induction for visitors.
• Participate in the office safety program, basic first aid responder.
• Ensure work is conducted in a safe and efficient manner and that a high level of safety awareness exists in the office environment.

Controls:
• Performs and records inventory management of office supplies, safety award purchases.
• Maintains office records/files per Management Protection of Information guidelines.
• Prepares expense statements.
• Reviews/check and maintains records of staff contractor time sheets and expense reports.
• Maintains and monitors group vacation records.

Execution:
• Perform administration work for manager and site team.
• Maintain MPI protocol when administering sensitive information.
• Coordinates the overall administrative activities in providing efficient and effective office support services for the execution team.
• Support development of management presentations for internal and external audiences.
• Draft routine memos and reports.
• Administers all inbound / outbound mail, filing system, phone receptions.
• Provides secretarial functions relating to invoices, personnel work orders, immigration, expense reporting.
• Serve as a liaison with Human Resources (HR) to organize newcomers/visitors work permits/visas.
• Report payroll to HR (EM employees only) and maintain vacation records.
• Post Time-writing job numbers, monitor entries, ensure group members enter data, provide assistance as needed.
• Provide organization, planning, and administration of teambuilding and special work team arrangements, update team members list.
• Arrange travel, accommodation arrangements for VIPs and visitors.
• Coordinate with other secretaries regarding reports, appointments, etc.
• Carry out administration tasks, such as:
- Assist with meeting arrangements.
- Make travel bookings, conference arrangements, and events arrangements.

- Prepare letters, memos, presentations, faxes.
-Perform clerical and general office duties, word processing, record and files maintenance, mail distribution, and telephone reception.

COMPETENCIES
Computing: Strong user of Microsoft PowerPoint, Word and Excel. Microsoft access, Visio, Time-writing, EXTRA, and SHARP timekeeping system and Good computing skills.
Interpersonal: Strong interpersonal skills required. Ability to interface with internal and 3rd external parties. Team player capable of working with multi-national staff, Party Contractors and all levels of EMOI and MCL management.
Office Management: Good organizational skills, filing, document tracking, travel management.
Communication: Excellent English communication skills.
Extensive knowledge of e-mail system.

QUALIFICATIONS
• 5-years working for a large company in office administration, hotel or airlines.
• SAP experience desirable.

MANDATORY GUIDELINES/DOCUMENTATION
• Familiar with Business Travel Guidelines.
• Familiar with account code / DOAG Guidelines.
• Familiar with P&GMs.
• Familiar with Company MPI Guidelines.

OTHER REQUIREMENTS:
• Required to work independently with little supervision. Able to communicate in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Must be willing to live and work in a remote site environment.

Seleksi meliputi :

Peserta yang lolos seleksi akan dipanggil untuk mengikuti Diklat Prajabatan, dan apabila lulus akan diangkat sebagai Pegawai PT PLN (Persero) danditempatkan pada posisi jabatan yang dilamar di seluruh Unit dan Wilayah Kerja PT PLN (Persero).

PERSYARATAN
1. UMUM
a. Seleksi penerimaan dilaksanakan di Jakarta, Yogyakarta, dan Surabaya. Peserta dapat memilih sendiri tempat seleksi yang diinginkannya;
b. Jenis Kelamin Laki-laki;
c. Status belum menikah dan bersedia tidak menikah selama menjalani Diklat Prajabatan;
d. Batas Usia :
o S1/D4 : Kelahiran 1985 dan sesudahnya;
o D3 : Kelahiran 1987 dan sesudahnya.
e. Bidang Studi sesuai dengan jabatan yang dilamar;
f. IPK :
o IPK > 2,75 untuk Teknik;
o IPK > 3,00 untuk Non Teknik;
g. Satu pelamar hanya diperbolehkan memilih 1 (satu) kode jabatan saja sesuai bidang studi yang dimiliki;
h. Pelamar setingkat S1/D4 tidak boleh memilih jabatan setingkat D3 (down grade);
i. Sehat jasmani dan rohani untuk melaksanakan tugas pekerjaan di PT PLN (Persero) di seluruh Indonesia;
j. Tidak dipungut biaya apapun untuk mengikuti seleksi dan Diklat Prajabatan yang diselenggarakan oleh PT PLN (Persero);
k. Semua pengumuman/panggilan yang berkaitan dengan rekrutmen ini menggunakan website PT PLN (Persero). Pelamar wajib memantau secara terus menerus pengumuman yang akan ditayangkan di website PT PLN (Persero);

3. PROSES DAN PROSEDUR LAMARAN
a. Lakukan registrasi lamaran dengan membuat account baru terlebih dahulu. Link aktivasi untuk login akan dikirimkan oleh sistem ke alamat email anda. Lakukan pengaktifkan account anda dengan mengklik link tersebut sebelum anda memasukan data diri.
b. Kesalahan pengisian sehingga mengakibatkan pelamar tidak lolos pada tahap input data menjadi tanggung jawab masing-masing pelamar dan pelamar tidak berhak untuk mengikuti tahap berikutnya.
c. Tombol Simpan Data digunakan untuk menyimpan data anda sementara. Anda diperbolehkan mengisi atau merubah data anda sebanyak3 kali dengan mengklik tombol Simpan Data. Apabila anda sudah yakin akan data yang diisi, anda dapat klik tombol Daftar. Data yang akan diproses hanya peserta yang telah mengklik tombol daftar.
d. Setelah tombol Daftar di klik, akan muncul halaman untuk mencetak kelengkapan berkas lamaran bagi pelamar yang dinyatakan lolos. Berkas ini diperlukan pada tahap selanjutnya (Verifikasi Dokumen). Pelamar yang tidak lolos/gugur tidak bisa melanjutkan ke tahap berikutnya.
e. Cetak kelengkapan berkas lamaran tersebut, yaitu:
1. Surat Lamaran.
2. Daftar Riwayat Hidup.
3. Surat Pernyataan tentang bersedia ditempatkan di Unit dan Wilayah Kerja PT PLN (Persero) di seluruh Indonesia dan tidak terlibat penyalahgunaan narkoba.
f. Isi dan tanda tangani seluruh berkas lamaran tersebut di atas. Khusus untuk Surat Pernyataan, agar ditandatangani di atas materai Rp. 6.000,00.
g. Lengkapi berkas lamaran dengan seluruh dokumen pendukung yang dipersyaratkan, yaitu:
1. Surat Keterangan sehat dan tidak buta warna;
2. Foto kopi akte/surat kelahiran yang dilegalisasi;
3. Foto kopi ijazah terakhir atau surat keterangan lulus yang dilegalisasi;
4. Foto kopi transkrip nilai yang dilegalisasi;
5. Foto kopi KTP yang masih berlaku;
6. Pasfoto berwarna terbaru ukuran 4X6 sebanyak 3 (tiga) lembar;Jika dokumen tidak dilegalisasi maka pada saat penyerahan agar menunjukkan dokumen yang aslih.
h. Masukkan semua berkas lamaran dan dokumen pendukung ke dalam satu map untuk diserahkan pada saat verifikasi dokumen. Waktu dan tempat verifikasi dokumen akan diberitahukan sewaktu-waktu melalui e-mail atau melalui website PT PLN (Persero).
i. Apabila pada saat verifikasi dokumen ada ketidaksesuaian antara dokumen dan data pelamar yang diisikan pada formulir Registrasi Online, maka pendaftar dinyatakan tidak lolos atau gugur.
j. Pelamar yang tidak lolos seleksi Registrasi Online, tidak perlu menyerahkan dokumen untuk verifikasi.

4. PERSIAPAN SEBELUM MENGAJUKAN LAMARAN
Untuk menghemat waktu akses dan mengurangi kesalahan data pada saat pelamar mengisi formulir di Registrasi Online, pelamar dihimbau untuk mempersiapkan seluruh data dan dokumen pendukung yang diperlukan. Pelamar dapat juga memasukkan file scan pas foto dengan besar file maksimal 200 Kb. Pelamar wajib mempunyai email.

5. LAIN – LAIN.
a. Seleksi bersifat nasional untuk seluruh lokasi tes, dilaksanakan dengan metoda dan ketentuan / persyaratan yang sama.
b. Pelamar yang sudah pernah mengirimkan lamaran sebelumnya dinyatakan tidak berlaku dan diwajibkan mengajukan kembali sesuai ketentuan di atas.
