HRD Staff (Code : HRD)
Requirement :
- Male / Female
- Maximum age 27 years old
- Candidate must have Degree in Law / Psychology
- Having experiences minimum 1 years as a Staff HR
- Knowing the Labour Laws
- Understanding human resource administration
- A team player with excellent interpersonal skills & positive working attitude
- Must be able to multi-task, establish priorities and organize efficiently
- Strong motivation, honest, loyalty, integrity and initiative
- Fluent in English
- Excellent in using computer, and Microsoft Office
- Willing to be placed in Tangerang
Facility:
- Responsible all HRD daily activities.
- Preparing about training and recruitment.
- Preparing employment agreements and employee contracts and update contract expiration
- Maintaining employee files and the HR filling system
SALES ENGINEER ( CODE : SE )
Requirement :
- Male, age max. 27 years old
- Candidate must have Diploma/Degree in Engineering
- Minimum 1 year experience in industrial sales
- Fresh Graduate applicants are encouraged to apply
- Strong interpersonal, presentation and negotiation skills in dealing with customers
- Self-motivated, proactive, hard worker and goal oriented
- Excellent in using computer, Microsoft Office and familiar with internet
- Preferably having driving license (SIM C & A)
- Able to work well with under pressure
- Willing to be placed in Tangerang or Bekasi Office

- Holding a Bachelor Degree from Reputable University with minimum GPA 2.70 of 4.00 majoring in Mechanical Engineering

- Fluent in English
- Computer literate in Windows, Microsoft Office and having capability on technical drawing
- Responsible to support Sales Engineer
- Willing to follow a working bound (ikatandinas)
- Preferably having driving license (SIM A)
- Willing to be placed in Bekasi Office, West Java
